The hair hasn't been bleached knots since we cannot ensure that the color we choose is for every customer. You can do it by yourself or by your hair stylist. We do a little pre-pluck hairline, it can save your time to wear wig, if you need more pre-plucked hairline, you can do it again and make it fit for you well.

Can I ask larger or smaller wig cap size?

Generally, our wig cap size is average size, for head circumference 22.5 inch. We support customize small or large wig cap size. You can leave a note or contact customer service about that if you need that. We suggest you buy hair bundles with closure/frontal.

How long this hair could last?

Normally , The virgin hair can be more than 2 years when you take correct care . Treat the hair like your own hair and take good care of it will last longer.

Why the hair I received different from the picture?

Normally the wigs in the pictures or videos that we post on our social media are installed and restyled by our hairstylists, so it would look more gorgeous. But actually it is the same as yours with the same materials. Therefore, you can ask a hairstylist or book our local hairstylist to help you install.

I bought this 613 wig for my birthday and I've always been scared to try blonde hair as a darker skinned girl but baby this hair did me justice. First off, the packaging was neat and came with two wig caps so that's always a good thing. Then, the quality of the hair is top tier; it's soft, doesn't tangle, has little to no shedding and she's THICK!! This wig was already super soft and true to length. When i water colored it, it took it in extremely well! It was super easy and i had no complications and the color came out exactly how i wanted it. It still stayed super soft, there was no shedding and was easy to style.

this wig is amazing.So far I haven't colored it but the hair is super soft & the knots are SMALL. very easy to melt in & doesn't shed that much. I would totally buy it again.
