At Yufei Hair, Your satisfaction is our forever pursue! Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through yufeihair.com are available for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s). We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at service@yufeihair.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. We will determine the problem within 7 days and let you know if you can return it and provide return address. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!

How Do I Make A Return?

Easy: Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is service@yufeihair.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut.

Items must be unused, undamaged, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)

Note: We highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return it, please sign for your package first, then email service@yufeihair.com for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions.

What Is The Return Period?

We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Fee Of My Return?

Yes, you(customer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping charges must be prepaid. We recommend that you send back your returns with a trackable logistics option, because Yuefei Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. We suggest return by USPS, declare less than $10, it can take 15 working days or more for express shipping from your country to China, Please wait patiently.

After we received your return and inspected, if it is confirmed that it is our quality problem(the item is defective and damaged or wrong, the freight will be refunded to you together with the refund. If it is the buyer's responsibility, simply because the buyer does not want it or for other reasons, we will not refund the shipping fee. Tips: Please keep your return delivery voucher.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you; But customer need return the product to us and We will refund shipping fee of return to customer via PayPal.

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size ), the buyer should pay the freight.

May I Return My YuFei Hair Without Contacting You?

No. We(Yufei Hair) do not accept disputes/chargeback/Retrieval Request  where customers have not contacted us. Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy. You can always contact us for any return questions at service@yufeihair.com to get the return address. We suggest return by USPS, declare less than $10, it can take 15 working days or more for express shipping from your country to China, Please wait patiently.

Refunds

We will notify you within 7 working days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please wait patiently.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product packages attached. Defective items must be reported by Email within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.

We don’t accept used hair returning and any claim about not matching descriptions. Besides, if you just don't want the item and want a refund, please also contact us within 10 days after you receipt it, and you will be charged up to a $20 restocking fee. If the problem is that the buyer does not want the product (custom products and special color products), We will deduct 30% of the total order amount as a handling fee. All rights to interpret are reserved by yufeihair.com (Our refunds are unified and they are refunded through our website. this is withheld from refund)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotion items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If because the buyer does not want or like it. The buyer requests a replacement. Please contact us first. let us know. The buyer Returns it With Hair In Original Condition. After we received the item and checked it without problems. We will arrange a second order for the production buyer again.

 Unsuccessful delivery:

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.
